Let's talk it out. We setup a 30-minute consultation to see if the services Terah provides are right for you.

Sign on the dotted line. Once we agree on deliverables, a Scope of Work will be drafted and sent with a Contract.

And we're off! We schedule a three-hour project kick-off that will help Terah prepare the project plan, subject matter experts (SMEs), and project milestones.

Accurate information is the key to success. Terah will coordinate with each SME to gather information.

We need a plan. A comprehensive project plan will be created with a tracking mechanism to see the status of your project, in real time.

Custom created for you. Based on the project plan and what has been discussed, Terah will develop assets that are best fit for your organization's needs.

Check it once, twice, three times. Once assets are in a good place, Terah will send them over to you and your SMEs for official review and sign-off.

Transparency is key. On an agreed upon basis, Terah will provide status on project status and any potential risks we should try to mitigate.

Start off on the right foot. You most likely had these assets made for your employees - so let's make sure they know what they have and how to use it. We can coordinate a training that can be conducted by Terah or your internal leadership / training team.

We're at the finish line. Terah will finalize all assets and get them ready for launch.

These assets are yours. Once we have finalized the project, Terah will hand over all assets, as well as any templates or resources used to complete the project.
